Meet Our 2024 Elan People of the Year

With nine years at Elan, Mitre is known for his outstanding responsibility, precision, and willingness to always lend a helping hand. His dedication and dependability are essential to the smooth operations of our Sports Division.

As Head of the Composites Division Warehouse for the past seven years, Aleš is synonymous with precision and dedication. His continuous efforts to optimize processes and enhance teamwork have had a major impact on improving our logistics operations.

For the past decade, Rok has been instrumental in shaping the success of Elan Inventa. His expertise, independence, and innovative approach ensure project efficiency and the successful delivery of high-profile developments, such as the "Dual Rise" system implemented at the prestigious Munich SAP Garden project.

For 23 years, Vlasta has been at the heart of our environmental initiatives. Her professionalism, leadership in ISO audits, and unwavering commitment to teamwork are key drivers behind strengthening our company’s sustainability practices and corporate responsibility.
