Freedom to Create
Creating innovative products is a process that requires a good degree of freedom and imagination. Sometimes the most amazing ideas are inspired from places where we least expect them. That is why working at Elan is much more than just a daily grind. We strive to create a relaxed atmosphere that promotes the creative process for ultimate innovation.
More heads are better than one
Each person has their own view, opinion, knowledge and ideas. If we listen to each other, we can bring the best out of everyone. That is when wonderful things happen.

Elan products are famed for their innovation. Our employees are a treasure trove of knowledge and experience. But we never sleep on our laurels because we know that learning and training never end.
Common denominator
The spirit of sports is the most important common denominator of our creation. It infuses everything we do. Snowy slopes, blue seas and legendary sporting venues are our playgrounds. But when the work is done, we never pass the opportunity to indulge in the good times inspired by sports.
