Management

Elan is run by the Board of Directors, determining the business strategy, setting goals of the company and deciding on most important matters of its business. Chief Executive Director Mr. Jeffrey Tirman is responsible for an overall management of the company and implementing the resolutions, adopted by the Board of Directors and the sole shareholder. Day-to-day operations are managed by the division directors.
